A wife, Mother, Facilitator, Adult Educator and a Coach. I have spent a majority of my career in casework. Starting as a child protection caseworker many years ago and currently I work for the University of Colorado facilitating trainings. In my current role, I get to educate amazing caseworkers throughout the state as well as provide one on one coaching services and group coaching trainings. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation and trained in the Co-Active model of coaching. I believe that you should wake up everyday and LOVE the life that you have created! I also believe that our unique selves is our superpower and the thing that we are meant to bring more of into this world! I’m happiest when I’m traveling to new places with my husband and two kids and when I get have the opportunity to help others create the lives they’ve only dreamed of in their heads but never dared to say out loud.
